Actually, sometimes it does and sometimes it doesn't. It all depends on
what machine you have and what method you use to format the disk.
Sometimes the result is a little unpredictable.

I'm going to start building a list of what works and what doesn't.

PowerMac 7100/66 @ 88MHz
   DiskCopy: fails
   Mac Finder: succeeds
