And the DOS 3.3 master loaded Integer Basic in the Language Card if
it was present -- which means it too did contain the Integer Basic
ROM code.

Which situation was that?

False logic -- it's like saying "It's illegal to walk against a red
light, you are a criminal if you do it, and you should go to prison".
Not all crimes are punished by prison -- the U.S: prisons would have
to be hugely expanded of everyone who had comitted any crime would have
to go to prison. All the rest would then have to work as guards on these
prisons, if they were enough of those people....

As someone else pointed out in another post: "the software companies
don't sue for piracy because it's illegal -- they sue because piracy
makes them lose money". Which means if they don't lose any money on
the piracy (e.g. when people copy the Applesoft ROM's), they won't
bother suing, becuase if they did sue, they'd just lose money on the
man-hours they'd need to spend on that case.

If so, why does it concern you whether people copy the APplesoft
ROM's or not?

Indeed very true -- but it CSA2 really the right forum for that? I
don't think so....
