Delphi is no longer offering "premium" accounts!  What does that mean?
All of the "delphi-ware" can only be accessed by a select few who had
premium accounts before Delphi discontinued acceptance of new accounts.

What do you think Apple2Central is all about?  They need a place to
go.

Why is Delphi no longer offering "premium" accounts?  Because the time,
money, and effort to maintain the text access and the password locked
libraries isn't worth the money they are bringing in from it.
