I have a premium Delphi account.  I could not figure out the library
system; I only saw a few files in the library.  I could not figure out how
to download the files to my computer.  I could not figure out where to go
for help with Telnet access on Delphi.  I only use my premium account for
the 10MB web site space for $35/year.
