Transfer from mac-->IIgs

I have a freind who is trying to transfer programs from his Mac to his
IIe.

He has the ability to write to ProDos disk from his mac.  Now he needs
a way to unshrink the disk images I sent.

(hurry up and jump all over me you anti-piracy losers that have nothing
better to do than harass people when you don't have all the facts)

I know he'll need 8 bit shrinkit, but how does he unshrink shrinkit?
