It's nice that a 4-output supply exists in a suitable form-factor, but IMHO that's very pricey.
I was able to pickup a new 3-output "MeanWell" supply for < $40 here in the US. Since it's made in Taiwan it should be even cheaper on your side of the pond. Deriving the missing -5V rail is a matter of installing a TO220 package regulator (78xx series) hanging off the -12V output. It can be bolted to the side of the power supply chassis (plastic insulator prevents shorts). The only additional components required are two bypass caps which you solder directly to the leads of the device. The effort is really trivial and will result in almost 4x cost reduction.
