Re: Saving Data with Casette on an Apple IIe



There are two cassette connectors on the back of the computer.  One
goes to the MIC connector on the player, the other goes to the headhone
connector.

turn on your computer and type this:

]10 PRINT "MY FIRST PROGRAM"
]20 PRINT "THAT I SAVED ON"
]30 PRINT "TAPE"

Turn on the tape player, press record.  type in:

]SAVE


I think the computer beeps.  You'll have to adjust the volume level to
get good results.

You will hear clicks, beeps, buzzes, etc if the program is saved on
tape, and the tape is played back through headphones or a speaker
