I think some of the holders already realise this -- I think this is why the
various reclassification projects have been so successful. Again, I don't
see anything wrong with someone wanting to sell a new package, or wanting to
reclaim rights to an older one, but in most cases, these rights haven't been
decided yet, and I'd rather give the benefit of the doubt than sermonise to
the people participating.
