I'm sick of you and other people spewing false information on this newsgroup
about me.  Prove your claim with valid information and not with your delusions,
misinformation and twisted gossip you obtain from others. You will not be able
to - because such proof does not exist.

Admit you were incorrect and wrong on this matter.  Or don't you have the
capacity to admit you are ever wrong about anything???

Otherwise you WILL find a law suit in the works against you by me.  Got it? 
Beleive me I'm very sincere when I say that Bev!  So, if you want to go that
route - I'd advise you to get those people you refer to - ( "I've seen you do
it half a dozen times. Others tipped me off to it.")  - all together and ready
as your court witnesses to testify on your behalf - as you will indeed be a
defendant in a civil legal action - I fully intend to institute against you,
ASAP.

Retract your incorrect statements and ALL misinformation you have posted to the
public about me promptly!  You have been warned.

Like I said before -> I am not Susan.  I am Tom.  I always post with my REAL
identity and name -> have NEVER posted in any other way on the Usenet.   That's
the absolute truth of the matters. 

Nobody can prove otherwise.  Those are the facts Bev.  Deal with it.

misinformation and false conclusions you have been presenting about me on this

Usenet news group.  I will not tolerate it.

If you do not have conclusive proof of what you post relating to me 'Charles T.
turley' - then I advise you not to post it.  If you do, you will have to
present conclusive proof to back up anything you do post relating to me in a
civil court action, before a Judge and/or jury.  And, that ain't a threat -
it's a promise.

I have a very good lawyer and I have both the assets, time and desire to take
you to civil trial over your incorrect information concerning me that you
posted about this matter of your posted words:

'Tom is Susan'.

Again, I'll state this to the general public for the record.  I am not posting
to any newsgroup on the Usenet (or anywhere else - in any manor) in the name of
Susan Olson nor in any other name - anonymous or other than in my own name and
real identity.  I never have and I never will.  If I have something to say, I
say it with my real name and identity for the record.
