Actually, I have read licensing agreements that state that the software is
non transferrable, and that the media is just a method of delivery. In
effect saying that you cannot even give the whole package to someone else.
I don't think I would ever want to buy a product that won't even let you
legally transfer the product at all.
I think What Wayne wrote would be the norm, but who knows in this day and
age.
