The earlier IIe didn't have any label there, just a light. Later when
they started enhancing the IIe and selling kits to upgrade the older
IIes they put that or 65C02 there. The label was just to differentiate
between the enhanced and unenhanced. Later when the Platinum
IIe came out they went back to just a light.
