I never drive without a seat belt, but you go ahead ol`boy. Do you know why I
don't? I once worked in a school for the mentally handicapped, and everyone I
worked with had been normal until they went through a windshield. Like the
Georgetown Grad student who AFTER his accident still had a higher IQ than I did,
but was still institutionalized. You know, most laws are for good reasons.
