Are you sure you *meant* what you wrote here?
Gee, an American giving English lessons to a Swiss.
(Can you understand so far? Even if I start my sentences
with -gasp!- interjections and adverbs?)
As for my reading skills, they're OK, thanks. I can even
spot desperate attempts at being funny in QC's posts,
and an unbearable amount of useless pedantry in yours.
It's not that I don't enjoy reading well-written,
humourous, stimulating posts, mind you. But I can't
find any interest in QC's insults. (Oh, look, I started
a sentence with a conjunction)
I had something to say, and that was: some people
in this ng aren't essential, QC being one of them.
I said it in the words I had ready at the moment, and
I'm sorry you didn't get it. Some times my head works,
some times it doesn't.
You, on the contrary, have nothing to say, so you
attack my language skills. Well, I'd be happy to continue
this discussion in *my* language. Let's have a laugh
about your Italian.
