Like ftp://ftp.apple.asimov.net/pub/apple_II/

... where they don't assume that everyone connects to their site with an
Apple IIgs, or other computer that can work easily with .shk or .sdk files.
Asimov is good because they offer disk images (.dsk) which are only about a
hundred times easier to work with if you are using a WinPC to download them.

I go to Asimov because it's a better site if you're using a WinPC, and I
couldn't care less about whether or not they distribute 15 to 20 year old
software without the owner's permission. I would visit the other sites more
often but .sdk files are more work to transfer and use. I still haven't
figured it out how to do it yet.
