Also, Woodhull and Tannenbaum wrote a text called Operating Systems:
Design and Implementation. Tannenbaum did most of the writing of the
operating system I believe. I have just started reading this book, but
in my opinion it is a VERY good book on operating systems and how they
work. It covers 1 how operating systems deal with various issues 2 how
UNIX deals with them 3 how MINIX deals with them with specific
references to the source code (which is included in the text book.)

So you can try stuff and recompile it!

Anyway, I was just wondering if anyone was interested. If not, no
biggie. I'll keep playing with MINIX on my other computers, and learn
more about the IIGS as time and effort permit

Thanks,

Justin
