Back in 1982 our small company opted for an IBM. Apple was never considered.
No one knew about Apples. I think we thought they only ran education software.
An XT with 64k and a 10 meg hard drive cost abouy $10K and the printer an extra
$2K. Incidentally the NEC printer is still used for printing card stock.
There was no "fun" software for the IBM except Adventure and Flight Simulator.
Interestingly the buyer bought both just for the heck of it.
