    It is a video display output unit. What it merely does is for people who
doesn't want to buy a monitor, to be able to connect via the PAL unit to their PAL
televisions.

    We have heaps of these in South East Asia, where we use PAL as our TV
encoding, as oppose to NTSC in Japan or America.
