In addition to the SAM LJ mentions, SoftDisk-GS published a role-playing
game program by Jay Jennings called Softdisk Adventure Machine. It was,
of course, referred to as SAM, but that wasn't the official name. The
same goes with Spectrum Automated Mailer(tm). SAM is just the acronym we
use to save breath and effort when typing.

BTW, SAM is awesome! I'm using it with my new EarthLink account, and I'm
very pleased with the way things are working. It's a real relief to know
I can still receive Internet e-mail on my IIGS when my shell disappears
next month from my soon-to-be former ISP.
