Since Commodore 128 computers used digital RGB as well, you can look for a
Commodore RGB monitor and a cable for a 128 (which is a 9 pin TTL/CGA
compatible).  Most Commodore monitors had one 9 pin input which was
switchable between digital and analog (analog was necessary if you had an
Amiga).  I've been using a digital CBM monitor for years with my IIc.
