Floppy disk drive pinouts for the DRIVE

I was poking around in the A2  FAQ for information about Apple II floppy
drives. I found the R023PINOUTS page very interesting. It does a great
job of describing the pins from the disk controller/ports. Have you seen
a similar description of pinouts from the disk drive perspective? For
example, which drives expect -12v on pin 5? (I know from the Macintosh
Family Hardware Reference that not all drives use -12v.) Also, which
3.5" drives expect the head select signal on pin 16?
