There is Font Factory GS from My eSource (formerly Seven Hills).  For
more information check out this web page:

By the way, in case you didn't know, if you get Pointless from
Shareware Solutions II, you don't need to do any conversion at all
with TrueType fonts.  Simply copy the Mac TrueType font to the IIgs
and tell Pointless where it is.
