If you mean graphical web browsing when you say '"eye candy web
surfing' then I'll agree.

However, the IIgs has had a web browser for quite some time and just a
couple weeks ago Spectrum was updated so that Spectrum Internet Suite
(the web browser) no longer need a Unix, VAX/VMS or any other kind
shell to operate.  All you need now is a dialup ISP that supports SLIP
or PPP connections, Marinetti v2.0.x, Spectrum v2.3, Spectrum Internet
Suite v1.1 and the alpha library that Geoff Weiss released and you can
be checking out web sites and even downloading images or files
directly to your IIgs.
