It's easy with the II+ since all you have to do is to change five
jumpers and exchange the main oscillator quartz. But with the IIe it
will be a lot harder, if possible at all, since the PAL and NTSC
mainboards are quite different, and I'd guess that you'd have to
exchange one or two of the ASICs, so you'd have to plunder a NTSC
machine. I converted one IIe too, but I did that by exchanging the
complete mainboard.
Fup2 csa again, as this is not a marketplace issue.
