I see that Wayne Stewart has already answered the question. I just
wanted to add one point:
The name "revision C" applies to the firmware, not to the card itself.
The card itself is actually an "Apple SCSI Card", or "Original Apple
SCSI Card" (to distinguish it from the "Apple High-Speed SCSI Card",
also known as the "Apple DMA SCSI Card").
The original Apple SCSI card has three firmware revisions:
341-0112A Revision A
341-0112B Revision B
341-0437-A Revision C
The Apple High-Speed card has only ever had one firmware version. (I
don't have the number handy without pulling a machine apart.)
