A IIgs would have *NO* trouble running DOS 3.3 in the motherboard RAM even
if every single RAM chip on the memory expansion card was bad. My original
problem was this: I got a ROM 1 IIgs with an original IIgs memory
expansion card with 256K. I believe that all that memory was good. I
filled up the memory card with old memory I had laying around and the IIgs
started acting strange. I wanted a memory checker that would test the
memory on the card; bitbanger was useless in my situation.
If the motherboard memory is bad, then all bets are off.
