The best RAM memory testers I've found for use with the IIgs are; BitBanger and
another Apple Computer memory tester almost identical to the BitBanger memory
tester program, that came with the AppleWorks IIgs v1.1 release in the Utility
and accessory disk with it.

BitBanger should be available on most all of the Apple II ftp sites.  I know
it's available from the Apple II archive library on Delphi.  I think it may be
available from the AOL Apple II archive library collections on AOL and on
Ground also.

Also of useful value  for testing your RAM memory are the Apple IIgs
diagnostics programs from Apple Computer - versions 1 thru  3.
