Apple IIe side by side 5 1/4 Drives

I picked up an Apple IIe side by side 5 1/4 Drive at Goodwill yesterday
but there was no cable. I need a Male to Male 19 pin connector. Does
anyone have a spare. I have three of the Daisy Chainable 5 1/4's and
three 3 1/2 drives. I awaiting Prodos so I vcan fire up the IIGS I found
as well as the Mac Plus. The IIGS boots DOS 3.3 from the 5 1/4 ok. It's
giving me "]" as a prompt and It also boots a game I found at Goodwill
called ELITE. Coooool. Now all I have to do is figure out how it runs.
Is there a command like Alt/Control?del to reboot the Apples without
resorting to Power OFF/ON
