Shrinkit IIGS

Hello everyone.  This may be a dumb question, but how do I get this to work.

I have downloaded ShrinkIt1.1.SEA from Apple's website and assume that it is
a self extracting file.  I am using it PC to download it then transfering it
to a Mac and finally to 3 1/2" Prodos disk from the Mac.  This method worked
fine for downloading the System 6.0.1 disk images to a PC then transfering
to a Mac to make disks but I can not get shrinkit to work.  It will not self
extract on the Mac or on the IIGS.

I would download it to the Mac but the Mac is not connected to the Internet.

Any help would be appreciated.
