     Interesting. If both the PC and IIgs terminal programs can run at 9600
baud, then, it seems odd that just going to 19,200 should help. My guess is
that, in the process of changing speed, you happened to fix some problem with
your PC or IIgs config. Either that, or you bonked the cable and fixed a loose
connection.
