Apple File Exchange is on the Utilities disk of System 6.0.8 (#2, I think).
System 6.0.8 is available from ftp.apple.com, somewhere under the support/
software updates/english-north america/macintosh/system software/older
systems/6.0.x directory. You will only need the one disk, and a version
of disk copy (to extract it).
Sorry about not offering up the exact URL, but it would be a nightmare to
find it then copy it out on this dumb terminal. :-/
