There is a disk something like the one you suggest available on Ground
and the ACN sites at ...

ftp://ground.ecn.uiowa.edu/apple2/useful.stuff/Disks/
http://24.96.48.134:8088/Cabi_Archives/Utilities/
ftp://tarnover.dyndns.org/cabi/Utilities/

The disk is PDStdUtils31.sdk. The disk includes

ProDOS v2.0.3 and BASIC.SYSTEM (128k)
Startup Program Selector
Apple ProDOS Utilities v3.1 1989

ShrinkIt, BINSCII, and some other utilities are available on a ProDOS
1.9 disk named "PDShrinkIts.sdk". It includes

ProDOS v1.9 and BASIC.SYSTEM
Startup Program Selector
8-bit ShrinkIt v3.4 (128k)
8-bit Shrink v2.1 for 64k
8-bit Unshrink v2.1 for 64k
Type Changer (Applespft BASIC)
BINSCII w. docs
Disptext Text reader

More disks in the same areas include other DOS 3.3 and ProDOS utilities.
