The 2c is fairly limited on the displays it can use. There were a
few adapters, but nothing currently being marketed. Your best bet
is to find a high quality composite color monitor or the Apple
color monitor. You might be able to locate a new composite monitor
fairly easily, but the Apple monitor will have to be purchased on
the used market.
I use a Magnavox composite monitor which I got in 1990. It gives a
great color image and handles 80 column fairly well. Since it has
a 13" viewing area, it is much better than the Apple monochrome
which I originally had.
