Thanks for the tip about NG and SIGs and Usenetiquette.  Please pardon the jargon
jumble on my part. Replace all occurances of SIG with 'Special Interest Group'
and/or 'News Group' as you wish to apply it.

I am familliar with the process and like a good arguement as much as the next guy,
but I have no desire to moderate one of these things myself, SIG or NG.  Anyone out
there willing?

My original question still stands.  Anyone know of a public news server of this
news group that filters the off-topic stuff?  Maybe even a real moderated SIG
somewhere open to the public, accessible via Apple2 would be nice.
