First off, make sure to run ADT from a true Dos and not a Dos box
in Win 9x. I think this will fix things for you.
As mentioned, you only need the transmit/recieve wires, so as long
as they are connected, everything should work fine. The other
wires really don't matter either way. Try the Dos boot method
first and then get back to us.
