Not really. The IIgs monitor is analog RGB. The Apple /// expects a
digital RGB monitor. They happen to use compatible pinouts, with three
of the digital RGB signals from the Apple /// going to the same pins as
the red, green and blue analog inputs on the IIgs monitor. The fourth
video signal from the /// goes to an unused pin.
Mitchell Spector tried this combination for a while and it seemed to
work, but you end up with the wrong colours being displayed. There is
also the question of whether it might damage the monitor over time,
since the digital RGB signals may be a higher voltage than is expected
by the monitor.
