D/L problems

I am having problems downloading .shk and .sdk files from both the cabi archive
site and happypuppy. I am trying to d/l files for my IIgs.
when i try to unshrink the files it always gives me a file corrupt message or
crc error any advice. I have tried using both aol's browser and Netscape
navigator 4.0.8 without success. I have been able to d/l files for my iie
without problems. Any advice, P.S. I am using a Mac with sys 7.6.1 w/PCexchange
and internet config.
