Apple IIe Mouse cards are notrious for dying of bit rot. The
EPROM chip on the mouse card is physically fine, but the
data is currupted.
The solution is to find an EPROM burner, read the program
off a card with a good EPROM and write the program to the
card with the corrupted EPROM. The corrupted EPROM
will then be fixed and bot your cards should work.
