The tarnover.dyndns.org server is acting freaky though. I keep getting
"the file server has shut down" and "the file server has been reset"
dialog boxes.

Would the IconixDEMO.SDK file be the one I need? With only the demo on the
Cabi archive and the bad link on the web site, I think Iconix is still
commercial or something. It did have a copyright notice so all I know for
sure is that the copyright hasn't expired.
