As the Publisher of Harmonie, folks turn to me first with their printer
related problems. Most of the time, I can usually solve the problem in a
single e-mail. And, when I can't, it usually turns out to be a learning
experience for me.
In this case, I don't really know that buying the guy a $10 Grappler is
"going the extra mile" as much as it is ending a headache for me. If you
could see the 5-10 page snail mails I get in response to "tell me what's
in your System folder," you'd understand completely ;-)
So, if anyone has an inexpensive $10 Grappler for sale, let me know, and
I'll send you a check (or SSII product as barter) and the guy's address.
This has gone on for 6 months, and that's way too long.
