Hi Joe,
I've got a Grappler manual in front of me and the quick answer is there is
no "self test" listed in the table of contents, only sections "Testing
with Applesoft" and "Testing with CP/M".

There is, however, a list of printers and the appropriate dip switch
setting for the Grappler. The HP ThinkJet is listed as 1st switch off, the
others are on. Perhaps the Harmonie driver docs can be more specific for
the printer being used.
