No.  Marinetti is not programmed to do Ethertalk (AppleTalk over Ethernet
or TCP/IP over LocalTalk).  However, you can get a LocalTalk card for
your PC and run Nettatalk on Linux and make your PC act as an
AppleShare server for the IIGS.  The connection between the IIGS and
the PC would then be pure AppleTalk.  Marinetti, TCP/IP, and Ethernet
would not be involved at all.
