Re: Ground ftp server
Well, I never thought about trying my AOL account to get there, though the
only time I use it is when I am traveling since they don't support ISDN. I
guess, if AOL can do it, a 33.6K connection will suffice for downloading since
I can just start it downloading and let it be.
I actually have a feeling that it has something to do with swbell.net's Kansas
City POP. None of the ISPs in Kansas City is terribly great when it comes to
ISDN access and swbell is about the best of the lot. And since, so far,
ground and the sites you mention are the only ones I seem to have any problem
with, its probably more hassle than it's worth to do any griping about it.
