I haven't seen the util's online, but a simple suggestion might help.
Make sure that the memory chips match. They are grouped in banks and
each of the chips in each bank should at least be the same speed. You
can usually tell the speed by looking at the chip. For example, on
my card, they are gm71c256-10. The first group represents what type
of memory chip it is and the 10 on the end is the speed.
