Definitely an unenhanced //e; the one with the 6502 rather than the 65C02.
Here's how to tell them apart: take a look at PEEK(64447). The old //e
has 193 there while the ][+ has 234.
An enhanced //e would have 0 in that location.

Don't know anything about the Quark, sorry.
