Actually, you can connect a VGA monitor to it through a
device called JAM!! which is designed to put a game
console (Sega, Nintendo, etc.) composite output onto
a VGA screen for better picture.  It is a rather expensive
solution, though, unless you want to get it to do double
duty with your video game.
