Q and D Stereo board?

This leads me to ask if anyone has made a Q&D schematic of a stereo mod for the
IIgs to get stereo output?  I'd like to make such a mod and hook powered
speakers to it or maybe even run it to my stereo.

The reason I ask is that I have heard several times about the IIgs actually
being a stereo synthesizer with it's outputs mixed into mono on the output, even
at the headphne jack.
