I think it means your FST files are corrupted. Also, did you
make sure the Focus driver is in the drivers folder?
Another possibility is memory problems. How much memory
does your IIGS have? GS/OS sometimes acts funny when
it runs out of memory. Usually, when it runs out of memory
while launching a program, it will tell you. But if it runs out
of memory while loading modules (which could happen if you
have a full complement of accessories on a 1MB system)
it just crashes.
