Re: Apple II CP/M site?

Since there is a nice thread going on here, I have a question since all of
you seem to know alot more about this stuff. I recently "re-built" an Apple
II+ to match my first computer back in the early 80's. It has a Microsoft
Z80 card and Microsoft 16K Language card. The language card is a cinch to
use, since some of the Apple disks I've collected allow me to load integer
basic easily.

The Z80 card, though, is another issue. Although each of you has pointed
out some great links, I don't see how I would be able to create a Z80 boot
disk for my Microsoft card. How are you able to do this? I don't have a
GS, so I can't convert any 3.5" to 5.25" disks. Or, taking another route,
do any of you know where I can purchase a bootdisk?

Thanks,
Rich
