Music Cards

Hello,

I have a music card with a 6522 and 3 pieces of  AY8910 on it.  The software
that drove it was called Music Synthesier.  To program new songs, I need to
use one of the paddles to make the notes roll up or down.  Pressing the
button on the paddle will make the notes settle.  The program supports
repeated measures like calling subroutines.  Though I can program a maximum
of 9 channels but the playback would be slowed down.

Does anybody know the actual name of this card and where can I find extra
music files that support this card ?
