Re: Apple II CP/M site?

This brings to mind 2 issues for me: the first is my Osborne Executive.
I had no SW for the old beast so I put out a plea for help on comp.os.cpm
 and MANY people there pointed me at a varitiy of places to get disks and SW 
d/l sites and the like.  There is a thriving commnunity of Acorn, Kapro, 
Osborne and yes even Apple CPM card users there.  
The second is my own CPM card: I currently have it in my //e but it originated 
 from my Franklin. I have some of the original floppys for this beast, I even 
have the original license agreement signed by Gary Kildall(?) himself.
Is this stuff public domain yet?  can it be uploaded?  what's the poop?
